One of my favourite Japanese restaurants in Langley, both their sushi and hot food is great. I've never received less than outstanding service, and it offers reasonable value for the money. It depends on your frame of reference, as it doesn't stack up to some of the better Vancouver Japanese, especially when it comes to sushi, but a very solid restaurant in the valley. Lire plus

Pajo's has an excellent location in Rocky Point Park! We've walked over a few times this summer, to enjoy traditional fish & chips at the picnic tables in the park! The fish is great and the chips are thick and hot! It's a traditional, good old-fashioned fish & chips place! The bonus being you get to enjoy your food while looking out at the ocean. It's always busy, so sometimes the wait can be a bit much, but it's worth it! They've added healthy options to the menu too, like a salad with salmon on it I believe (which I didn't try personally, but my friend had it and said it wasn't bad at all!), so if you don't want the grease, try that...or live a little and enjoy! And they don't skimp on the toppings, they really do overload their pizzas with fresh toppings. The Hot Shelly Belly, the Euro Cup pizza and the Eagle Ridge pizza are a few of our favorites, but we do intend to someday try them all! Great British-themed pub in Newport Village! During the Fall and Winter months it is often packed with a casual, yet fun crowd all weekend long. There is live entertainment on the weekends, which can be fun as well. The servers are attentive and the food is generally good (for pub food). I recommend sticking to the more traditional dishes like the stuffed baby yorkies, Guinness soup, shepherd’s pie, and the steak and Guinness pie (my fave!). We were there this past weekend for the first time in awhile and we realized why we love it so much – it’s that comfortable pub down the street when the weather is bad and you don’t feel like cooking! Gotta love the Wrap Zone. They serve up wrap sandwiches with tasty ingredients and combinations to suit any palate. My particular favourites are the Thai Tanic with Chicken and the Bombay Curry with protein. The service is what you would expect in a quik-serve restaurant as is the decor and atmosphere. They are a little hard to find since they are below street level but once you visit once you'll know exactly where they are when you return for more! Service was wonderful. All the food was hot and our order, which was over $50.00, was perfect . Not 1 item missing including straws, napkins etc. The staff was fast and efficient as well as friendly. The restaurant was very clean also. I would most definitely recommend this A+W location to everyone who enjoys great food and awesome service. Just like the old days!
