They are wonderful workers and were very careful with my stuff. they showed up on time and were very friendly with me and my son. they took a few breaks but it makes sense cause the heat is pretty bad and they are carrying heavy loads of boxes all day. they are wonderful to hire.

I shop at here often and find that the staff are really helpful and it is easy to find what I need. Have been really helpful in finding quality parts to do my sump pump repair and my bathroom renovation. Plus the food truck outside is amazing!

He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. Love this place. Was reluctant to store here because they are more pricy than the place down the street but I would rather talk to people than a kiosk and the dark hair girl with tats is super friendly and nice so the few extra bucks is work it.
