We were looking to replace our aging 2007 Dodge Caliber, also purchased at Bay King, with a newer vehicle. After considering several options we decided on a 2017 Jeep Compass. Jamie and Shawn and staff treat customers just like family. They are courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, professional and work hard in a timely manner to please their customers. They also do not perform unnecessary work on your car. They also will let you know if a technician notices something unrelated to your immediate reason for maintenance.

Just had my 2001 Vw Jetta in to have the front struts and left wheel bearing replaced. I have to say they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. The most important thing for me was that they were completely honest abput what work needed to be done. These guys are the pinnacle of integrity and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I have brought my car here a few times! They do an excellent job for a very fair price. I wouldn't trust my mini with anybody else. They worked tirelessly to figure out what was wrong with my mini as mini oakville refused to give out the computer codes. I would highly recommend this business.
