Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.
The sales staff was both thorough and friendly.
I must mention that I truly dread the experience of buying a new car. However, this time was a real pleasure. I got more than I expected.

I've always dreaded going to autobody shops because I felt like I was always overcharged and the staffs usually weren't friendly. So thankful to have gone to Dan the Man's Autobody Repair to fix my windshield. Excellent service with the most outgoing and friendly staffs, who also explained everything so clearly. Love the rental they provided, and how well they cleaned my car.

I found this store online and dragged my husband with me, living in North Van, New West was a lot closer than our other option in Langley.
The drive was so worth it, helpful staff and large range of tools and supplies.
As a rule I hate working with fondant, but after talking to a guy who works there, who seemed to understand and gave me a lot of helpful tips and advice. Worth the drive.

Bought a 2019 Ram 1500. I found them very easy to deal with with no pressure! With out even asking they gave me a really good deal which also included a 2 year warranty with Lubrico. After owning the truck I had a small leak in Radiator. With no questions asked they had it repaired. They also had the A/C topped up without even asking. We have a 5-1/2 year old home and for the last 2-1/2 years we’ve had one small piece of siding under a 2nd storey window that keeps blowing off. I found out last Christmas that the people who put up and take down our Christmas lights were setting the piece back in place. Then it would come down again the next time the wind blew.
I contacted Jordy at Chartwell, and within a couple of weeks, the piece was permanently back in place, and at “no charge”.

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

Soni is an honest mechanic and does amazing work! I am coming to him for all of my auto repairs, oil changes and everything from now on! I fixed 6 spark plugs, 3 coils and a valve cover gasket. I can say that he does not try to rip you off or scam you. He is honest and does amazing work! I would STRONGLY recommend him to everyone. I took a used vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection. I can only say good things about the service we received. Kadeem was very thorough and gave us an extremely detailed run down of the vehicle, as well as his honest opinion about it. We came here to get a u-cut Christmas tree and had a ton of fun! The petting zoo had a baby goat and baby rabbits, and there were freerange chickens running around. Free hot chocolate and marshmallows made this holiday experience even sweeter. This family-run operation was a great way to get away from the city and spend our afternoon.
Friends say the Halloween pumpkin-picking experience was also a good time.
