Absolutely unforgettable car buying experience! My husband and I walked into Go Dodge in Surrey just to check out some vehicles not really prepared to commit to anything right away. From our initial approach the first time we walked in until the very end, the experience was absolutely phenominal. We were interested In a 2015 Dodge Ram Sport and we were introduced to Dustin Copeland and we were welcomed with open arms. By the time we walked out of the dealership we had built a relationship with all the staff, especially Dustin and Iyad the sales Manager. Our experience entailed a non pressured car buying experience and the staff were extremely knowledgable and professional. Before we knew it we walked out a 100 % certain that our business would be given to none other than Go Dodge in Surrey! We bought our very first Dodge Truck and we are so excited to pass on the word and refer all our friends and family ! I really like this location. But there needs to be more movies. Not just the latest releases. But like the older stuff. And I’m not talking about bargain bin DVDs. Like. 2017-2018 stuff. Would be nice. They shifted focus to just new releases. And the super old stuff from like 1995-2006 etc. So. It’s so hard to find good movies you haven’t watched because they don’t stock them in stores. Mostly now focus on appliances and home systems. Which is sad as there isn’t a whole lot of places to get DVDs

Great storage facility, most unique and rare features never seen before. Great location. The managers are superb who keep it in order where you feel the place is so secure. Also every time I go to my locker I can get my car professionally cleaned through the state of the art Shine Auto

The lady who did my massage was lovely, and we had a great chat while she worked -- we both speak Cantonese, and it was really fun talking to her. She talked to me about what it was she was doing, and what pressure points were and such. It was interesting.
The only thing I hoped for was if the receptionist was a little more responsive. Often it felt like I really didn't get enough instruction about what to do.
Don't go expecting a spa. This is not that. Expect a comfy clinical room.

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

I can hardly tell you how pleased I am with Staples in Langford. I purchased a gizmo to convert slides into digital images with the help of Kenyon, who gave knowledgeable, friendly service, with technical expertise. Two months later, the converter stopped working. Jo, Mary, and Laurel were all completely helpful. I thought I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer or something awkward, but everyone did her best to make sure I had a new one in short order -- no doubts about my situation, and only a very short form to fill out. Friendly, happy, humourous, and very competent people. Wow. You can't get much better than that.

I always get first class customer service at the location. The sales department staff are willing to help and their printing service is excellent for a small business owner like me. I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.

A friend of mine purchased an iPhone through Colton at the Kelowna location, and recommended him for mobility services. Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store.
