I love this store, staff are always friendly and they only buy quality merchandise which is great for me when I'm shopping there! I rented a Dodge Journey from these guys for 4 days. I went to Value because I have a friend who rents from them about once a year. They remembered him. Got a great deal on a good vehicle, no problems and the ladies there, Joanne and Sherry were very nice and super helpful. They made it so easy. I will be renting from here again.

Delivered our spa on time and as promised AND have been quick with the turn around on warranty work. PLUS an incredibly knowledgeable woman doing their water testing. She does it right in front of you using titration methods so I know I can trust the numbers. Plus they dont push any magic elixers. Just the chemicals you really need, even if Im using the Trouble Free Pool approach which really cuts down on the high-margin products I might otherwise buy.

The customer service department was very polite to me, when I was asking for the prices of Oreo's they had to call me back. My phone then decided to disconnect, therefore leaving me with no service. Once I had my service up again, I recalled, and got the same person to answer the phone. He had responded very politely, and respectfully. 5/5 stars for sure :)

I went to Canadian tire today to buy a tires and the costumer service was EXCELLENT!! the staff name Robert was friendly,helpful , and helped me with what I need, and I was very please with the service that I get. came outta store happy and it didn't take too much of my time. would like to see that happen more often in the future, keep up the excellent costumer service. and thank you Robert for all your help.

The transition has been quite seamless from Protelec to api. I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.
