We used Cornerstone for a home inspection on a single residential house in North Vancouver. Charlie was meticulous in his work and provided a thorough report on the state of the interior and exterior of the building. Although it wasnt in perfect condition, we bought the house and are using his guide to make improvements and get things in good working order. We smelled gas when our Raypak gas boiler cycled on. Fortis found 500 ppm carbon monoxide reading and unburned gas so turned off boiler. Repair company believed that it was a problem with the manifold but our plumber felt it might be the gas jets needing cleaning. We called Boilers and Beyond for a second opinion before authorizing purchase of a new boiler. Rahim answered immediately, came on w/e, identified three separate problems & fixed them all. Genius! Awesome response. Hire him!

We ordered a pizza tonight.......an Old Soprano Special and it was wonderful. I have two Japanese students staying with me and they said the pizza was "very delicious". Delivery was a little slow, maybe ten minutes......but worth waiting for.
Would order pizza from here again. ?
