I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. Went on a full day charter with my brother and his young son from out of town. My brothers 11 year son is obsessed with fishing and had never caught a salmon before. We went out on the water in hopes of catching ANYTHING, and ended up with a huge pile of fish! I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete.
The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early.
The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby.
I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done.

A heartfelt thank you to David for the EXCELLENT care and attention he gave to our Honda Goldwing on Friday September 8th
when we were towed in from the ferry. David knew exactly what to do without incurring huge costs to us for drilling the lock and replacing it. All other Honda dealer in town had said there was nothing that could be done other than drilling out. If we lived on the Mainland - Cypress would be our go-to shop!!!!
