BigSteelBox was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I had amazing customer service, the truck driver was kind and professional, and they always were able to help me when I was in a panic. Although moving is quite stressful, the girls in the office did everything they could to make me feel calm and comfortable. I recently moved into a home that needed some updating. I chose Arden Tile to update the backsplashes in my kitchen and bathrooms. The staff were vey helpful in helping me make choices that coordinated with cabinets and flooring that I didn't want to change. The installers were knowledgeable and did a great job. They were also able to make changes to the fireplace that I previously had been told couldn't be done and am very happy with that. I could not ask for better customer service. Thank you!
