I found this dental office spontaneously when I needed an emergency root canal and they were in the same building as my old job. I have a severe phobia of dental work and I can't say enough great things about this place. All the staff is very supportive and understanding. They all work together to make me as comfortable as possible each and every visit. The hygienists are so gentle and understanding and take their time when they know you are frightened. Enter the actual dentist, doctor Kachuk, who is just as supportive and understanding, and is truly excellent at his craft. He let me set my own pace until I started feeling more comfortable. With his fantastic work I now have about ten years of waiting dental work finished and couldn't be happier. Short version: amazing dentist, go here.

I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

HD Flooring did an amazing job restoring my old strip hardwood floors. The job was first ruined by another company. I decided to call another company and stumbled upon HD flooring on google. They came same day to look and quote the job. They were really devastated to see what a disaster the first company did. I hired them to fix my entire floor. Went in for a cleaning and dental check up, and was greeted by warm and friendly staff! Cleaning went great- was made to feel comfortable at all times and the check up by Dr. Viola was smooth and informative. Dr. Viola was very friendly and he answered all my questions thoroughly. Will definitely come back here for my follow-ups!
