This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!

Their displays and decor are thoughtfully arranged and work to present the owner's sense of aesthetic. None of her creations are staid or standard. Instead, everything she sells is produced with the client's interests and style taken into account. Over the past few years I've purchased a few arrangements as gifts for clients. I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!
