I've been to Red Robin at the Parkwood location in Prince George twice recently. The 1st visit was at the beginning of September and the 2nd visit was the 2nd week of September. Both times were at different times of the day/evening on different days of the week. Each time was excellent food and service. Just had my oil changed there. (South 40 location.). During the change a tech discovered my oil filter adapter was broken and advised me to take it into the dealership... which I did. Dealership wanted to charge me $700 to fix everything. I found a replacement part at Napa for $50 and Lube City put it in for me for free! Great service! Friendly service! Honest service! Thank you!!

Ellery was great!! He fit us in for a new hot water tank a day earlier than expected which was fantastic. It didn't take long for him to install. His prices are fair unlike others in the city who like to take advantage of their customers.
