This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!

I went to get the root canal done and they had home alone playing... and boy it was hard to concentrate keeping my mouth still. Also, if you have young kids beware as they will not wanna leave as they have ps3 and other games!

After a car accident led to a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders, I went to see RMT Natiely. She loosened up all of the knots and even helped relieve the tightness in my hips as well. I often have difficulty finding an RMT that will use the right amount of pressure for me, but she got it exactly right. Would highly recommend her!

Shopped around for my very first pick up truck and it says a lot when I want to return to a dealership to firm up a deal. Richard was an absolute gem provided straight up and genuine customer care. Made my first pick up truck buying experience easy and understandable. Treated me like a friend vs just another customer. Love this salon and all staff. Colours and cuts are amazing. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. They have taken so many precautions and have gone above and beyond to ensure client safety during Covid. I felt very safe there !!!
