Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!

Broadway Camera surrey store might be the most friendliest camera store when I visited vancouver. The staff are very knowledgeable and are actual photographers. There are pretty much only 2 maternity shops in the neighbourhood to choose from and the prices were high and the selection wasn't that great. I went to Bella Cosa (which is a lil' store out of her house) and she had laid everything out in my size before I got there and WOW what a selection...from brands even we can't get here in Canada. She made me some herbal tea and left me to try everything on...it was great there were no pushy sales people, no small change rooms and I could relax and have a private lil' shop. AND the best part were the prices...she had some pretty trendy things that she got in and they were very reasonable. Prices we 1/2 or less the cost of retail. I will surely recommend this company!

We smelled gas when our Raypak gas boiler cycled on. Fortis found 500 ppm carbon monoxide reading and unburned gas so turned off boiler. Repair company believed that it was a problem with the manifold but our plumber felt it might be the gas jets needing cleaning. We called Boilers and Beyond for a second opinion before authorizing purchase of a new boiler. Rahim answered immediately, came on w/e, identified three separate problems & fixed them all. Genius! Awesome response. Hire him!
