The guys at INA made my purchase of a used vehicle in February easy and stress free, and a good deal. The vehicle (Toyota Sienna ) was discounted a bit due to minor body damage , and the extended drivetrain warranty was a good add on. I just completed a long drive to California ,and it was a pleasure to drive.

Studio 62 has been transformed into Head Case, a sleek modern space at the same location. Brandy is a great stylist who listens closely, works with her clients preferences, and does wonderful hair cuts. She gave me an elegant bob even though my hair is fine and really difficult to work with, plus the price was not exorbitant. If you are looking for a welcoming space and a meticulous cut, this is the place to go. In my experience it is by far the best salon in the West Shore!

Just in time for the holidays. We would give Harry more than 5 stars if possible. We are thrilled with how clean and fresh the carpets turned out both in our office, as well as our home. We also had the upholstery cleaned - it all looks as new! He was professional, punctual and did the work with personality plus. We have a rental home as well so once the tenants are out, we will definitely call on Harry to do a top to bottom of the place. Best rates in town, thanks so much Harry!

When many places closed and they were swamped they still managed to fit me in without appointment after snow left my splash guard dragging under the car. The guys did a permanent repair quickly while I had coffee. Kudos and thanks to front staff and techs for customer service above and beyond.

Boyd really helped me out when my landlord backed into my sports car. A simple fender repair and paint match was $1750, but 100% covered by ICBC. Boyd made my car look brand new like nothing even happened, and then on top of that even took an old car badge off that I wanted off and did some small detail work. One of the most professional dry cleaning businesses around. On two separate occasions, One Hour Cleaners have cleaned stains that I thought would never come out. They removed the stains without leaving any other markings on the fabric, whether it was silk or nylon blends they understand how to treat each fabric. Professional, very knowledgeable, but mostly kind and pleasant to deal with. Had a few cassette tapes to be transferred to a CD. They invited me into the recording room and let me sit and listen to all my tapes for almost two hours. Then the owner edited the music and transferred it right away onto a CD.
