Had them come and replace the blower fan in my furnace. For a chain these guys are pretty good. Showed up on time, the technician was very knowledgeable. Their markup on parts is quite high but I was very happy with the service otherwise.

I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. The office is clean and well maintained and following above and beyond the COVID protocol. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company at all! In fact I have several times. Thanks. Linda

I have several filter from others & Overall not that impressed. I have a small house 1050 sq.ft. & I purchased the 4000 series so that I would get the most benefit. We had a ton of spiders in on our desk and on the walls of the house - to a point the deck was almost unusable. We called Golden Arrow and Sunny came out within a day. He explained to us what he was going to do and how it would solve the problem and he was in and out within an hour. He also told us that he found some evidence that mice might be transiting through our backyard and he put out some mouse traps. Haven't seen a spider back there since. Good service, quick and reliable.
