Taked to Tyler this morning in west end location in Edmonton.he was very informative and helpful helping me as have to remove old glue from a concrete floor in our home as had a glue down carpet so need to take glue off to level the floor out to install hardwood flooring but the guy was most helpful so anyone needing rental equipment call him he will help you like myself makes the choice easy.I am hoping anyhow!But nice when your call & get a cheerful helpful reply these days it seems.

We bought a vehicle in October 2014. We have never been treated like this before at a car dealership. Everyone was pleasent and cheerful. There was no PUSHY ATTITUDE from the salesman. We were actually treated like a person rather than another vehicle sold on the monthly list as at other dealerships. Every car we test drove was washed and impecably clean. When we were there the dealership was very busy and this feat alone was remarkable. Overall it was a wonderful buying experience.

We needed to rent a cargo van on three occasions for the purpose of closing an estate. Discount's service was exceptional on each occasion. Each of the vehicles we rented was in top shape, clean, and suited to our needs. On our last rental, although we had reserved a normal-sized cargo van, we were upgraded to a tall van at the same rate, which was really a great help to us. The staff we dealt with were friendly, efficient and informative. The rental rates were reasonable. Much thanks!!

The entire experience from start to finish was seamless! Mark is amazing and went above and beyond to process my claim and get my car in and out super fast. The technicians are extremely talented and I couldn't believe they got the dents out! I had 3 dents in and awkward spot on my car (on the frame above the rear passenger door) and have no idea how they got there. We had a ton of spiders in on our desk and on the walls of the house - to a point the deck was almost unusable. We called Golden Arrow and Sunny came out within a day. He explained to us what he was going to do and how it would solve the problem and he was in and out within an hour. He also told us that he found some evidence that mice might be transiting through our backyard and he put out some mouse traps. Haven't seen a spider back there since. Good service, quick and reliable.
