Polite, cooperative and technically proficient staff. Fitted me in over the lunch hour after I was at Main-SWmarine for a routine service. Penny replaced a hit&run damaged multifunction Lincoln drivers side rear view mirror and all features including auto heating, near 180degree adjustment in all directions from inside the car, blindspot alert etc work perfectly. This Canadian Tire to say the least, is amazing. They have been instrumental in helping Waste Connections of Canada buy and donate 300 bikes to underprivileged children for Christmas this year. If it wasn't for the support of this store, I don't think we would have been able to supply as many bikes as we are to these great kids. I bought a new-to-me 2016 Corolla after I was rear ended and my car was written off. Less than a month after that I scraped the rear right panel on a cement pillar in my parking garage. I was very distressed and upset about the damage to my new car. I took my car to Craftsman Collision in Richmond to see what could be done about the damage. The Manager was so wonderful. The estimator was professional, thorough, helpful and empathetic through the obviously trying time of losing a car. He attentively listened to the story of my daughters collision and did a comprehensive look-over of the damage. He produced a detailed computer report. I have been going to this place for about 5 years now and am overly happy with them. As a female it is incredibly hard to find a mechanic that doesn't rip you off, and since day one they have been more honest and respectful to me then anywhere I have ever dealt with. Of course i priced checked and compared with other companies the first time i dealt with them, and they were hundred yes hundreds less. They will tell you their honest opinion. I owned a lil red civic, and they never got me to put work into things i didn't need and always helped me to keep that lil bugger on the road. They did extras for me, and treated me so well. I can't express how great this company is, and thank them for everything! You can't go wrong with them Lire plus
