Thank you, thank you thank you Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. We have had our ducts cleaned recently, and it was a great experience. The gentleman who came to our home was professional and brought a positive energy into the house. He was compassionate and respectful of our household, which we truly appreciated. He did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything clearly.
