Rich was a huge help in dealing with my daughters VW after the alternator gave out on her drive from Vancouver. Always worried about mechanics you dont know and who potentially have you at a disadvantage, but Rich was understanding and most helpful and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.... I would highly recommend him to local residents and Okanagan visitors alike.

Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! I am a security guard working for Paladin security..we had a contract for B.C. Hydro for security 52 klm south of merrit..I had a severe blow out of my Tyre in a isolated location in the deep woods..I had a tow to Merrit 5 hrs later, went to Kal tire where they were indifferent and very snoty and rude..I went across the road to Fountain Tire and they were so friendly, professional and immediately looked after me and my vehicle..I'm so thankful and so happy with all the staff at Fountain tire !!
