The staff was exceptional in all regards. They did an inspection for me regarding a noise in the rear of my car on a walk-in basis immediately. They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. I lost my entire key ring and was locked out of my house. Of course it was Friday close to 5pm.
The first place was closing soon, the second place came out & could not open it..saying the lock is too old, the lock tumblers are in upside down, there is too much dirt in the lock etc.
The third place was Brothers.. by then it was 7 but they would be right out! Ken was prompt and courteous...and BEST of all had the lock opened in about 5 minutes!! What a relief!

INSANELY GOOD:) I wish I lived closer. The First time I went to Garry I couldn't turn my head my neck was so bad. He came in an hour early so I was functional for work. I moved to the other end of the city so I have tried other massage therapists closer to me , and no one compares. Two years later my back completely spasmed out of nowhere, and he fit me into his schedule the next day knowing the importance of me being able to work, and care for my son. Fantastic calming energy too!
