I recently have had the pleasure of meeting Peter and Mike I had received a phone call offering furnace servicing, although they were kind on the phone and the special was good I declined there offer. Until recently when my furnace light went out and i had no heat. I got in contact with them and they offered to come out for free and diagnose the problem. They arrived on time, were very polite and respectful of my home they took off there shoes and put shoe covers over their socks. It turns out my pilot light had burnt out and they suggested having the furnace serviced which i agreed as it hadnt been done in sometime. They cleaned everything, nothing like the cleaning my furnace had received a few years prior.Like i said on there customer comment card I would definitely recommend Mike and peter to anyone. :)

I have had excellent service and repair from this store. I had an older top of the line Silverado Electrolux vacumne cleaner that was restored.
I purchased it over 40 years ago and I was not sure what to do since I remembered how good it was once. It needed a new hose and service. I called the store, shared my dilemna, my vacumn was picked up and delivered to me. This kind of traditional service is rarely done today.

Great service and very efficient!! We had some very tall swaying trees in our backyard that were a hazard. Marko came in and did a thorough job with trimming them and clearing out the overgrowth. As a woman, taking a car to the shop is always a chore. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off. I was happy to deal with Fix N Go. Great service, great prices and very knowledgeable. They also work on domestic and import cars. The price quoted here is literally half of what other places are charging.

When my car broke down for the second time, I got a second opionion. I also paid half of the previous tow and waited half the time. I like Rick Keegan...he is friendly, considerate and treated my baby like I like her to be treated....lots of TLC.
Since she is very low to the ground, Rick used a new tool I've never seen before...a Carrier Skate...and she skated right up onto the deck. From Stewart Ave in Nanaimo to Yellow Point (about 20k) it only cost me $60. This compared to the $100 previous charge for a few km from Nicol St to Northfield Rd where I waited over half an hour stranded on the highway in the pouring rain hoping no one would run into the back of my car.
