Lakeshore just replaced a broken tailgate handle and locking mechanism on my 2008 Toyota Rav4. They did an excellent job. The new handle and locking mechanism is better than the old parts and the tailgate works better than it did when I picked up my new Rav4 16 years ago.

Hung is a very good and experienced mechanic who explains the problem and repair. My experience has been that he can diagnose a problem accurately and efficiently, so you are paying for actual repair instead of the run-around that comes with inexperience, incompetence and an I-couldn't-care-less attitude.
