This is a great shop that uses common sense to troubleshoot auto electrical issues. Reasonable rates for some solid service to boot! They saved me money that I couldn't afford at the time as well. They truly went above and beyond in repairing my Impala ABS and Trac Off warning light issue, a trait hard to find with the bigger repair shops these days. Thanks to the guys at Maxwell auto.. I'll definitely be bringing my business to them in the near future. Cheers!

Unexpectedly adjusted the bill a pleasant welcoming surprise, always nice when you pay less. This family run company went over and above and drove my vehicle home for me due to un-for-seeable snowy/icy road conditions at no additional cost. These guys are fantastic! We have come to them twice now, first for a side impact collision, the second for a door dent repair. Quoting was fast and accurate, service was second to none. These guys are professional and get the job done right. For the our second issue the door dent repair, because of its proximity to the door edge,they said they likely could not fix without having to spray both door. They pulled the dent about 90%, not wanting to risk addition damage to paint, all free of charge.

A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

Great customer service and great prices (parts + labor was quoted way less than the dealer)! Had to get some sensors replaced for my 2002 Honda Accord. The mechanic was fast! I waited no longer than 20 minutes for the new sensor to get installed. I also requested to get a power steering flush but the mechanic was honest enough to tell me that i didn't need one. The mechanic took the time and walked me through, in detail, what i do or didn't need to get replaced. I'll definitely be coming back in
