My car's alternator unexpectedly started whining and getting louder. Tony had a listen to the problem and agreed the voltage regulator was shot. He had the exact rebuilt alternator I needed on the shelf and promised to have it installed within a few hours. Very straightforward and honest transaction, clean shop, great install, great price and with warranty.

I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

Was very impressed by the service and the way I was treated. They were busy but managed to get me in and finished in a timely manner. The owner was very helpful and supportive. Would recommend to anyone. Suprised by the negative feedback I have read. Makes me wonder if maybe there was something wrong with that customer, because they were GREAT!!

I started going to A and J Automotive several years ago.He is an amazing mechanic and he is honest.As a woman going to a mechanic, he is the best I have ever dealt with. He explains everything to you and lets you know all of the options available.I have recommended several friends there over the years and they have been thrilled as well.I will always go here first.I have never been surprised by a bill, other than it was a lot less than it would have been elsewhere. shop was recommended by a friend who said to go there for tires. they have good used tires n they warranty them for 30 days and offer a free mechanical inspection as well. turns out i needed some suspension work done on my car. not only did i go ahead and got the tires done but got the suspension done too. New mechanic just started working there was very polite and gave me step by step info, the shop offered me a 20% discount which is a lot when you are lucky to have a job now at day! thanks!!
