The staff was exceptional in all regards. They did an inspection for me regarding a noise in the rear of my car on a walk-in basis immediately. They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. This is the second time in 6 months that my hubby and I have used this repair shop. They fixed my fender bender beautifully and with only slight delays for parts because of covid. My hubby just had a collision and I highly recommended Inkster CarStar . He is very pleased with the staff and the great repair job they did on his car. I've never seen his car as clean as when they did the repairs Inside and out ! We will def use them again!
