Bought a new stationary bike and rowing machine. When Adam came to put the equipment together, it turned out the seat on the bike was broken. They were very responsive and apologetic and not only replaced the seat, but actually exchanged the entire bike. Great service. Would definitely get all our equipment from HomeFit Kitchener.

When homes were not good value for your money he was honest and made points as to why purchase may not prove advantages in the long run. Excellent in every way. Joseph goes above and beyond expectations. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. He discussed the project, hardwood flooring in the master bedroom which adjoined the living room, with my husband and delivered the materials as promised. His flooring installer, Steve, did an outstanding job. Sadly, my husband passed away in hospital during this period. Joseph and his staff put everything back in place. They even made the bed.
