I go to this subway many times and is one of the best Ive been at. I like the coldcut on white.. cripsy bacon and i have a very precise and semi complicated order but they seem to nail it everytime.. The people are kind and curious and actually do an awesome job. If you want a good sub and a great lunch then go to this place.. is worth it! Lire plus

I called late at night to ask if the ice cream machine was still on, and was greeted by a manager named Rebecca. She was fantastic and showed me excellent customer service by quickly informing me of the schedule of how long they would have the machines open. This was our first time at Swiss Chalet. The restaurant was quite busy for 4PM Sunday, but not packed. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The waitress seemed to be in a hurry. Looks like they were short staffed. She messed up our drinks and the cook never brought us the buns we were supposed to get with our meal. My tea cup had something dried up on it (looked like brown sugar), which I had to scrape off with my fingers :)))) I didn't bother asking to get a new one. The food was very tasty, although the dessert (sundae) was far too sweet . Overall a nice little lower-middle class restaurant with good atmosphere. The service could be better though. Lire plus

Came around 1 AM a few weeks ago, drive thru was open but not the inside of the restaurant, drive thru girl was very nice and cheery for 1 AM haha, food took a little while but that's to be expected at 1 AM and I got a few pastries free from it. Ovetall very nice :) Lire plus
