I do not ususally post reviews. However this is one of the finest, not just Indian but overall the best restaurant in Winnipeg. The taste is as authentic Indian as it gets. I like the thing that they have not changed the taste to accomodate for the canadian market but keeping it true as to how Indian food should taste. This is probably my 5th visit in 2 months. Another gem in the Exchange. Love the casual, sleek atmosphere, and the Staff are knowledgable, efficient and very pleasant. Great beef, and a very flavourful menu in general. 6 of us had the pleasure of dining at Browns last night.It was our first time there. We chose to be on the patio (screened and heated)as it was a little quieter there than inside. Just wanted to say we had such a great experience there with the food and the staff. Our special thanks to our server (K) who, I would have to say is the best! Her timing was exceptional! Hi....At approximately noon today (Saturday, March 10) I came through the drive thru at this particular Tim Hortons. A person by the name of Ike answered the drive thru order board. He identified himself and was VERY FRIENDLY and I really enjoyed ordering from him. He could speak English fluently and it was a nice experience dealing with him at the drive thru at Tim Hortons. He really made my day. It would be nice if all Tim Hortons personal were as PR friendly as he was. Please pass on to him that he was really welcomed by myself at this location.
