Arrayed on top of the noodles in orderly rows are the pork, shrimp and a darkly crisp spring roll, along with strips of vinegared carrot and daikon, shredded cucumber, fresh mint leaves and bean sprouts. Nuoc cham sauce arrives on the side in a pretty little star shaped ramekin. The aroma of the grilled pork tantalizes. It has been sliced thin to maximize the crispy charred exterior, while still being pleasantly fatty and tender. The spring roll is perfectly fried and filled with a dense mixture of delicately chopped meat and vegetable. This is the place I go to all the time for dim sum, not only because the location is easy to bus/drive to, the service is always exceptional. The staff is friendly and the dim sum is really good compared to other medium-sized restaurants. I also went to Best Dragon for dinner. I came with a big group of people so we ordered the set menu, which includes the Giant Lobster special, which is the best lobster I've ever eaten (I probably can't go back to small lobsters after this giant fellow) Peking Duck, Chinese vegetables, soup and many more. Best Dragon is definitely a hidden gem in York Region. Again, I cannot emphasize enough about the Giant Lobster!!! It is the best seafood dish I have tried! Lire plus

I've probably been here 3 or 4 times now. I keep coming back because the service is so good! Not to mention the food is fantastic (the complimentary crunchy soup is to die for). The last time I went, my table got the spider roll, seaweed salad, green dragon roll, spicy salmon roll, and some other roll (I can't remember the name). They were delicious! All was served in a sequential manner; we were served complimentary soup immediately as we sat down, then we ordered, after which we were served complimentary green salad while we waited for our rolls. We were never without food! With all that's included with the rolls, the value is really great. Although it's not too impressive from the outside, the inside is pretty good. It's not fancy, but very laid back. I took my grandmother here for her first sushi experience, and she loved it. I had such good service today, that I had to give these guys some publicity!
