Long is my savior! He is honest, reliable, efficient and very trustworthy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest opinion on their car troubles. I had my income tax processed by Douglas they were very professional, my tax forms that could be sent in on line were done & the year that they could not send on line was sent via mail to CRA to process for me. The rate charged was very reasonable.

I needed to take my 1999 Honda Accord in for repair after a hit and run incident.
As soon as I walked into Fix Auto Richmond Hill I noticed how clean and well organized the office was.
Not to mention the staff were very professional and helpful.
Although the owner was busy the other employees were very competent and welcoming.
Also, they are open Saturdays which is very convenient.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

He is very hard working and most important very honest. He is very reasonable and if there is something that doesn't need to be replaced or repaired then he will tell you right away rather than making a fool of you. I've been a regular customer with Ray for 10+ years. I've referred many friends to him and none has any complaint and yet they all gave good comments about him. Friends even from downtown go all the way driving 45 minutes for car repairs there. I will not go elsewhere and I strongly recommend anyone to go there. Integrity is what they have, and they stick to it.

My car was victim to a smash and grab a few nights ago so I needed a window replaced... I didn't really know where to start. The dealership didn't seem to be eager to help at all, so I searched on Yellowpages.ca for auto body shops near my work. GTA was the first one I called, and after speaking to Rob I didn't feel the need to phone anywhere else. He was very helpful right from the get-go and even sourced a used window and saved me about $60. I came right in and I was done in just over an hour. They even vacuumed out all of the shattered glass in my back seat. I told them I would certainly recommend them to anyone at work needing body work done and I figured I should write a review here too. Thanks for fixing my window guys!

Just had the service guy come over today. The person was on time, and very courteous. He was honest, and repaired both garage doors when the service call was originally for one. I saw the cable he removed from the "working" door and it was badly frayed and would have caused me grief in the near future (which would have cost me another service .

When the Garage Door Repair Richmond Hill tech looked at our old door opening system, he said that he was amazed that it still worked. I admit, it was very old and loud, so I wasn't too upset to get rid of it. Who knew the difference a garage door opener makes when you are looking at new ones.wonderful service.
