I was invited to a free Hot Mama class and that day changed my life. Within this incredible community, I have exercised consistently for almost a year and am feeling human again. Ashley encourages, builds up, teaches, challenges, and tells you to "find your reason". AND your kids get out and moving too! It's awesome!

Excellent Chiropractic care provided by Dr. Basi. I recently got fitted for custom foot orthotics. I absolutely love them, helped me with my foot pain. Carla and Paul are the 2 RMTs I see regularly. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for chiropractic, massage therapy and orthotics. Plus they offer direct billing to insurance.
