SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Canadian Tire, You did something right! I normally do not write anything about stores, experiences that I have encounter, etc. Housewares.. Wednesday and raining.. Young lady gave me her card after helping me with a vacuum. So many to choose from. I'm in Waterdown, neighbor said the same.. Excellent work at an excellant price. I have a Volvo and to have it repaired or serviced by a Volvo dealer is crazy expensive. Bannon has the reputation as being the best expert on electrical issues around. He even found a used electrical part for my Volvo in order to save me hundred of dollars. That was just my first visit. i have never taken the car anywhere else since.

The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.
