The cable was seized on my mower. Googled the model number and nothing comes up. Great. I phone Sears parts. It is $14.22 USD plus shipping to a US address. Ideal says bring it down and we will match it up. I do, she does and $20 later I am out the door. How can the service get any better than that? Part if PERFECT, service is PERFECT, price is PERFECT. I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.
