When asked the location of dried fruit, the associate (a woman I was meeting for the first time) led me to the main location. She had correctly pointed me there, but accompanied me, apparently to check that her information was correct, and on the way I mentioned I was looking for a specialty product (Medjool dates). She left me before my inspection showed that the product was not on aisle 8 but then caught up with me at the friendly checkout with my desired product. Wow--upped Costco big time.

I really loved that they shaped the courses to me, and my previous experience. I am an Art school graduate, but wanted more skill based training. I teach the fantastic drawing program and am studying color theory and mixing. I really enjoy my time at the school and the supportive people.

Our family of 3 rented one of your suites for a short vacation from our hectic lives on the mainland. We have been to Victoria before but have always stayed in hotels, this was our first time with Victoria Prime. I don't think I can remember a time I have ever felt so taken care of by a hospitality company. I wish I could recall the name of our host, she was so great, she even provided us with suggestions as to things our teen daughter would enjoy while being forced to "hang" with "the parents.

My doctor sent me to Natalie at Ultimate Success because I needed to lose 30lbs before I can have surgery. I am impressed and happy to say that in 4 months I lost that weight and can now have my surgery. Natalie is understanding, very motivating and the program is so easy to follow, the education I got is priceless I recommend this to anyone who is serious about losing weight and learning to keep it off. Wonderful experience in purchasing two pairs of frames (Blake Kuwahara-Obata) and Wissing recently. Exceptional customer service from Sue, Dee, Morgan and Emily. (Hope I didn't miss anybody out). No pressure selling. Great selection of frames to choose from. Getting complements my Wissing frames all the time. Highly recommend Sue and her team should you be in search of a pair of glasses, whether for reading or being outdoors.

Better than excellent service . . . personalized, caring, informative. From the minute you walk in, you feel welcome. Prescriptions are filled quickly and delivered at no cost. Assistance is provided if you're looking for a product in the store. Immunizations are available, and encourged. Every staff member is courteous and helpful. I can't say enough about the impecable service provided.

Along with Architectural Antiques, Guild House, RHV Tee, this store guarantees the shopper an interesting mix of constantly changing merchandise. The owners bring in several containers a year from Europe focusing on French Furniture. Remarkably low prices for anything comparable anywhere else. I rate this store 5 star for professionalism, friendliness and reasonable prices.

I can hardly tell you how pleased I am with Staples in Langford. I purchased a gizmo to convert slides into digital images with the help of Kenyon, who gave knowledgeable, friendly service, with technical expertise. Two months later, the converter stopped working. Jo, Mary, and Laurel were all completely helpful. I thought I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer or something awkward, but everyone did her best to make sure I had a new one in short order -- no doubts about my situation, and only a very short form to fill out. Friendly, happy, humourous, and very competent people. Wow. You can't get much better than that.

Stong's is another example of what a grocery store should be. Mostly food, lots of quality produce and fresh bakery and butcher selection and great service. I gather at one time there were several of these stores in the Lower Mainland and this store is the last of their kind. Thank goodness. A great place to buy all kinds of staples and also some hard to find items that aren't carried at major chains. Stong's is what the neighbourhood supermarket should be and their constant stream of customers is a testament to the quality and excellent customer service on offer.

I have to say, when I find I have Sunny as my checkout clerk I smile. He's a great guy with a (sunny) disposition. His line is always the longest and he get's his job done expertly and in good time. Shopping is not my favorite thing to do so it's nice to deal with a pleasant staff member.

#top-class... you can buy Apple things everywhere but ReStart is super stocked and the Service personnel are spectacular, friendly,affordable and reliable.

I've been buy my glasses from them since 2003. I know the original owner as I sold computers to him. The current owner is Wayne and he is very knowledgeable about eye wear. They sell both regular glasses as well as contact lens. They don't rush me and explains clearly to me the options I've and the advantage/disadvantage of each choice. I live in Vancouver and tried the optician near me. It constantly broke, they gave me a refund and I went back to Wayne. I learn my mistake and switched back.
