When I crave very hot wings this is where I go. By far one of the hottest wings in town. I usually order the "death" or "armageddon" sause depending on my mood. I have noticed that the degree of how spicey the wings are can vary on any given day. My only gripe about this joint is that they have the shoe string fries & I personally like the thick cut fries to compliment my wings. As a man who has been chompin on wings for over 20 years, this place is one of my favorites. The service is decent & the place looks clean. Came on the basis of great reviews so expectations very high. My gf had a huge fish plate that she thoroughly enjoyed. I had a burger that was exceptionally satisfying. We shared a salad that was sublime. Every patron in the lunch seemed to be sharing our experience which included enjoying the waitresses body and looks. It's been years since I had been to an East Side's, as I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh, quick, and the service was good. Enjoyed the food and service here. My only complaint with east sides is that there is so much food, which for many is not a complaint! The endless bread and salad really is a bit much and I can see it being a very wasteful process. Great value good service and good portions. I often get the pasta package for one, minus the little dessert (way to full for it!!). Its only $15.99 & gets you an entire meal w/ drink too. we always have left overs cuz like most we end up filling up on salad, soup and that yummy warm endless garlic bread! We usually get a side of parm to butter n dip the bread in yum! I often order the pasta with half spicy arabata sauce and half bolognese and add veggies to the dish. After the devastating closing of my favourite chinese take out restaurant, Oriental House, i've been in a constant search for its replacement. I think i've finally found it. I tried Eastern Restaurant for the first time tonight, and was extremely happy with what they offered. The service was very pleasant and warm. The older gentleman that took my order welcomed me with a smile and was very friendly. I ordered five dishes. Chicken with hot garlic sauce, spicy chicken, pork fried rice, sweet and sour pork and shanghai special house noodles. The whole order was done quickly and was hot and fresh. Every dish was unique and very tasty. The spicy dishes had just the perfect amount of spice. The flavours of the dishes were able to come through without being overwhelmed by spice. The pieces of meat that they use are all good sized cuts, and not the tiny freeze dried meat that some places use. All the dishes had really good, strong flavours. Nothing was bland or boring. When looking for chinese take out I look for not only quality, both in food and service, but also for something unique. Eastern Restaurant offers all this and more. I highly recommend this tiny but excellent restaurant if quality chinese food is what you are looking for. Lire plus

A friend of a friend asked me to come to the grand opening to this new spot. Free food! Was so good i was compelled to leave 20$. This is now my new fav sushi spot. Not only was the fish so fresh it melted in my mouth, the cooked mackreal was as fresh and delicious as when i caught it myself back in Nova Scotia. Had a great experience at Egglicious! Ive been here a couple times and it is also great from the friendly staff to the fresh and most flavourfull food you can ever find in Toronto. They have lots of Skillet Omelettes and Lots of Lunch Items. I had my Egglicious Skillet Omelette(What a omelette with bacon,ham, chedder cheese with hollandaise sauce). My wife had the Lumberjack & she loved it. The food is amazing, The staff's are very friendly, The place is clean. Even the restaurant was packed our food came on time. Lumberjack 3eggs,bacon(perfectlly cooked),sasage,homefries(the best),pancakes,fruit,toast for $9.95(good deal). My skillet was 8.95 . (not a lot of breakfast joints have skillet omelette). I would recomend this place to anyone.. The quality of the food to price.. You won't find it anywhere in Toronto. Even our next table was saying the samething about the food.
