The staff are accommodating and friendly. I was given a proper quote based on my needs and advised to think it over. Within 1 week I decided that no other place can beat the price and the service they have offered, I have purchased 2 hearing aid (both ears). Since then I have been a happy customer and without any hassle I can call anytime when I have some difficulty with my hearing aid. I went to fitness town burnaby and had many questions about some of the equipment. Lou and his staff were extremely helpful to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up too much time. I would defiantly go back there and recommend it to my friends and others.

Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.

Moved from Dallas, Texas to Vancouver, BC. Booked a moth prior.
The office coordinated very well with me, packing was very neatly done, care
was taken by the crew, friendly and hardworking. Loaded the truck me the next day, again a swift service.
My delivery arrived as scheduled in Vancouver. just finished unpacking and all seems to be well.
