Last fall on very short notice I called Rob and the crew to do a repair on my main revenue trailer. I dropped the trailer off after work that afternoon and picked it up first thing the next morning. The work was exceptional and I believe he put three guys on it to make sure this would happen. The work was done well and quickly and his quote was bang on what more can you ask. My daughter and I both got our nails done for Christmas today and they did an amazing job. We just moved to Kelowna recently and this will definitely be the salon we go to from now on. One of the nail techs had to leave the salon after she started my daughter’s set and when she got back she added so much extra detail to her nails. They are so beautiful

We brought our old Vienna Regulator that I inherited over 20 years ago, it is over 100 years old to Matthias after moving to Kelowna. It had not run since the last time it was “fixed”. Matthias is amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. He got it running beautifully again and even fixed the chime tone. I hope that master craftsmen like Matthias are able to find apprentices to pass their knowledge, or the world will lose these beautiful timepieces. His waiting list is long but worth the wait.

Dr Bimal is an amazing Veterinarian. He really cares about the animals. He has a wonderful gentle approach to explaining what he is doing and why.
He was really concerned about the health of my cat when I first brought him in for a check up. Over the next few weeks he kept in contact to check up on our cats condition. Unfortunately we lost our boy that month. Dr Bimal and his team were very kind and compassionate during our difficult time before and after we said goodbye to our beloved cat.

I was in search for a down pillow. I had gone to a high-end big box store, and looked at their prices. The big box store was almost twice as much as ducky downs. The owner even said if the pillow wasn't to my satisfaction I could take it back and she could adjust it for me. They also make custom duvet covers for their beautiful duvet comforters. I will definitely go back there for my bedding.
