We had a flat tire, took it to Mr. Lube + Tires at 664 Commissioner Rd E. in London, Ontario. The manager, Ken, sorted it out for us and refused to charge us, saying it was just a small job (checking the tire and re-seating it onto the rim). All in only 15 minutes. we'd recommend this Mr. Lube + Tires to anyone, unreservedly.

I had a great experience with RGS!! From Matt, Leanna, Franco, and the installers! All helpful, professional and very decent to work with.
Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose my quartz countertops and sinks for my kitchen and two bathrooms.
They have beautiful quartz and granite to choose from. And I felt their prices were reasonable.

I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. It's no wonder they've built such a successful business after several generations.

My daughters 2008 Honda Civic broke down on her way out of the city camping. We had it towed into London Honda thinking the worst - a transmission. They estimated it quickly, reached out to us to get approval and had it fixed within 24 hours for a minor problem. They also road tested it afterwards to make sure it fixed the problem. The service advisor, Jim, was amazing. We definitely had a great experience and will be back. Thank-you!

Visiting King Edward Dental is always a highlight. From the moment I step through the door, the warmth and courtesy of the staff make it feel less like a clinical visit and more like a reunion with old friends.
Waiting times? Practically non-existent. I barely have time to admire the decor before I'm whisked away to the chair, punctuality that would make a Swiss train conductor envious.

My colleague and I visited London for a conference (Apr 11-14, 2011) and we were told by another colleague (who lived in London for a year) that this sushi place is great. We arrived and was taken aback by the all-you-can-eat-price of 25.99 plus tax per person. Back in suburban Toronto, the prices would range from 18.99-23.99 and you would only find 25.99 all you can eat prices at expensive downtown Toronto restaurants. The menu was disappointing because although the menu list looked large, it really was just one column of things to pick from. (The right side column was just the English translation.) By the second round of order, we found ourselves looking at the menu and saying "Well we already had spicy salmon rolls but I guess we'll order that again..." There really was a lack of variety for the price we paid. As well, there was no unlimited shrimp tempura, soup, or salad - these were just a one time order per table. There was no ice cream for dessert either. In terms of the food, there was the good and the bad. The miso soup was delicious! The tempura was ok. The sushi salmon/tuna rolls were pretty good. There was a weird roll - asparagus roll, in which it was a single small piece of asparagus within the roll. It almost looked like a green pea roll! The sweet potato roll was not good - the sweet potato was undercooked. Overall, the rolls weren't tightly wrapped and sometimes fell apart as you picked it up. Another complaint was the sushi - there was too much rice that it was almost a ball of rice underneath the fish rather than the usual flat rectangular piece of rice. The service was pretty good. The server was attentive and nice. The restaurant is a family business and we showed up late in the night. It was endearing to watch that the family sit together at the end of the night to eat their dinner after a hard day at work.

The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. I have visited Chinese Restaurants all over Ontario. But here in London there has never been a Chinese place that has come up to the high quality I've found elsewhere...until now. This new place has made-fresh items that have flavour & quality. Won ton soup, spring rolls, chicken fried rice, lemon chicken, almond mixed veggies - all made in-house & great atmosphere! I highly recommend it!!
