Well Julio and his team took those worries away. With patience they found the issues, fixed it a reasonable cost and saved the parts to show me what happened. Unexpectedly adjusted the bill a pleasant welcoming surprise, always nice when you pay less. This family run company went over and above and drove my vehicle home for me due to un-for-seeable snowy/icy road conditions at no additional cost. Highly recommend for their high standards, honesty, knowledge and expertise in the automotive business.

This is a great shop that uses common sense to troubleshoot auto electrical issues. Reasonable rates for some solid service to boot! They saved me money that I couldn't afford at the time as well. They truly went above and beyond in repairing my Impala ABS and Trac Off warning light issue, a trait hard to find with the bigger repair shops these days. Thanks to the guys at Maxwell auto.. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.
