I started going there around 4 months ago and I fell in love with the space, the girls and the services. The girls are super nice, the owner is a sweetheart, they always have a smile in their faces. I go there to get facial done, a lymphatic massage from heaven, laser hair removal (so practical and painless) and much more. I recommend this place to everyone that I know. Vi Ann Restaurant is one of the best place in Winnipeg. I always go there with my family. We really love their food. The place is nice. If you are looking for good and affordable food, you should visit this place. All the staff are very approachable and friendly. Their BBQ Duck soup with Egg or with Rice noodle is the best in Winnipeg!! It is far better in Many Chinese Restaurants we had tried. The portion is very big and it will make you full. Very highly recommendable!
