Totally disappointed in some of the staff here. Went to have a prenatal ultrasound done with my husband and daughter. I went in first and while they were waiting my daughter was crying and upset wondering where I had gone. The ladies at the front desk glared at my husband and then asked him to leave. I had such a positive experience at this clinic -- hence why I'm writing a review at midnight on a work night! LOL. Needless to say, I'm too thrilled to sleep ; ) So what happened is, one of my molars started breaking apart (the culprit: a caramel apple), and I didn't know what to do. I knew I'd have to have the tooth pulled, and was putting it off because I knew that this would leave a hole in my smile (and spending thousands on an implant just isn't ideal). It was making for awkward eating, so eventually I realized that I had to do the deed and just get the job done -- but my dentist is from my hometown of Kamloops, so I needed to look for one in Vancouver. I polled my friends on Facebook and Dr Jin & came so highly recommended that it was a no brainer to choose him. I called him that day and he worked around my schedule, staying late at the clinic to see me (I work downtown and the clinic is in BBY). When I got there, I was greeted with so much warmth from he and his wife that I was so glad that I'd chosen them -- and to my utter surprise, he SAVED the tooth. I don't know the proper term, but he basically fused my tooth together making it shiny and NEW again. It feels amazing. Instead of having a hole in my mouth and needing to worry about shelling out the big bucks for an implant, he did what I didn't think was possible. I'm so grateful for it because he could have gone the easy (and more lucrative) route, and charged me a whole lot more to do it. Ecstatic. Even though he's not in my neighbourhood I wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent dentist. Bonus: he's funny too!

Ferhad Sean Amiri, the new lawyer who took over Larry Routenberg‘s practice at Metro Law (in ‘2022?) in Metrotown was awesome.
He picked up my file from 2011 with Larry.
He is “to-the-point” and his initial consultant rate was very reasonable. He explained the pros & cons and then elaborated the pros out-weight the cons. I look forward to having Mr. Amiri to carry-out the plan from Larry and then to the execute it soon.
