Would highly recommend. I arrived half an hour early, thinking I would drop off my phone and pick it up later, but the employee said she could get it done right away and it would take about 15 minutes. I got the battery in my iPhone 6 replaced in about 15 minutes! Im very impressed with how fast the service was.

i had to get flowers at the last second for a funeral. the woman working was so nice and helpful i didn't even realize i had walked in as she was closing. she made a beautiful arrangement and even offered to come in early the next day so i could pick them up. i can't say enough nice things about this place.

The staff at North West had the parts and gave us all the information we needed to get the problem solved. They even took apart a showroom unit to show us some things to help us understand. We felt like we were the only customer they had ...... but the store was very busy. Great group!
