My septic system was down in the middle of winter. I called Lisa at their dispatch. She had 2 people to my house within 2 hours on short notice. They showed up and had it fixed in 30 minutes. BNS delivered a load of rebar and 48 foot long metal siding in two different loads. The driver was amazing. He assisted us to unload it (though he did not have to), and both loads were put exactly where we wanted them.
