Mai has been really helping with our family. Two daughters have lymes, rocky mountain fever and a host of symptoms and I have migraines. I have brought in area rugs to be cleaned, and had Simcoe Carpet Cleaners come to the house to clean wall to wall carpeting. The service is always prompt and excellent. John and his staff take pride in the family run business, and ensure you will be a loyal and repeat customer. I like the fact that they give you a choice to save some money by bringing in your own rugs and blinds for cleaning. It shows they value your time, too!

I had a negative experience here.
They claimed to have done a thorough and proper undercoat in 20 minutes. I later learned that they only sprayed the visible and easy to reach areas (proper undercoat takes 90 minutes).. If you want a proper under coat done- go to oil tech in Midhurst. They're amazing and honest!
