Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. Jenny and her husband have been absolutely fantastic with my puppy Maxi. As an anxious dog, grooming was difficult and since meeting the PetPet team, she has looked forward to her appointments. They are caring, skilled and talented groomers. Thank You!

I find the proprietor to be forthright and knowledgeable. he has provided repair service for our sewing machine, lawn mower, and chain saw. When I read some of the other reviews, I do wonder how complicit the writers are in rousing an abrupt response from a business owner who has no patience for entitled behaviour or other such nonsense. I will return to BJ's with more business when required.

The first contractor was fixing squeaky floors when he found water damage on the sides of the patio doors. Fortunaterly it hadn't got into the joists. He referred me to KD&W.
Lance came out to find a solution to stop the leaks. His assessment was that it wasn't the patio doors but the vinyl decking installed 2 years prior. He gave the solution to the first contractor, who is now waiting for warm weather.

Our Frigidaire washing machine shut down and we were referred to Aptco by the original retail company. It was a very complicated repair and Aptco did not give up in finding the source of the issue. They ended up taking the washer to their service centre, replacing all the major components, and because it was no longer under warranty, only charging a fraction of what the final bill should have been. Happy with the service and outcome? You bet! Thank you Aptco!

I originally hired Loyal Stucco in 2014 to fix a botched stucco job. Once again I called Joseph to help me out. The stucco on my chimney was damaged so I hired Loyal to fix it. They did a great job fixing the chimney and the colour match is excellent; you can't even tell is was repaired years after the original job. He told me what the plan was and then kept his word, with all work completed on schedule. In and out in less than a week! Once again, I would recommend Loyal Stucco.
