After experiencing a problem with my garage door track and having difficulty opening and closing the door with the opener I called Rivett for help. Kevin came over the same day and was very thorough in investigating the problem. Turned out that I just needed a part and some maintenance on the track. Much to my surprise only a few minor repairs were required and it has been working perfectly ever since. I appreciated Kevin's honesty and quality work.

We spoke with Randy and explained our furnace was not working and the temperature in the house was dropping quickly due to the cold temperature outside.
