I've had only 4 cold laser sessions on my knee and am so pleased. I suffer with meniscus pain and am waiting for surgery which just got rescheduled again. I noticed a difference the first time and can walk up the stairs now without pain. This service is great, happy not to go out in bad weather to have my appointment. Had Millennium look at 3 different vehicles over the last 6 years. None of them were new so expensive repairs were not appropriate. Ben did what was necessary to keep them all road worthy. He used a side mirror from a written off Prius to replace my broken one - electrical controls included and did it while I waited. He has always understood the mechanical problems always been pleasant to deal with.

I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

Mike is the man. I have been taking the all of our family's vehicles to him since 1997 when he was still on old Victoria. You can count on him for realistic and reasonable estimates. He seems to always find the problem quickly, and fix it so it stays fixed.
And he's not tied to a dealership so he can save a bundle using jobber parts, or even used parts when appropriate. Very trust worth and good service.

They have always been very good and friendly to us.
There maybe rats/mice, but we haven't encountered any and we've had a 10x24' unit for about six years.
There are rat traps spaced outside the doors approx every 70 ft, so it appears to be doing its job.
We are very happy with the service.

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. I highly recommend Norm's.
