had a flat tire on our rv , they were very booked up, but allowed me to us their floor jack, and so i removed the tire myself, they repaired the flat for free !

Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! My beloved 2010 Jetta had an unfortunate impact with a deer this spring. I've never had to have body work done so I wasn't sure who did good work in my area. Through word of mouth I narrowed it down to two locations, Kootenay Autobody in Fruitvale, BC being one of them that others recommended. BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Really great service and food. we went in with a group of 11(9adult and 1child and 2babies). They handled everything awesome. My child spilled his milk and the server was there in a sec with a cloth and new milk. Thank you for a great dinner out!

My 5phone year old fridge stopped working a few weeks ago. I went online to find a repair service and came across Purcell Appliance. The Tech was out with an hour, identified the problem, said he would look into the warranty and then let me know what was the best way to move forward. The parts where covered under warranty and he had them in within 3 days and installed on the fourth day.. I knew the cost in advance and nothing was hidden. Fridge is working perfectly now.

On Sunday, June 15th, we were stuck with our camper on the ferry to Balfour. The parking brake was stuck. Balfour Towing came to pick us off. The man in question, Eric was his name, was very helpful and friendly. He has taken us from the ferry and brought us to a place where we could spend the night and he has ensured that we could continue the other day. This help was class.
