I phoned in a bit of a panic - audio on computer really scratchy - I thought Id need new one. They were very kind and helpful on the phone, took my computer in with intention to get new one and have all data transferred. Jeff first tried blowing air in speakers, then Chris pulled up Neil Diamond audio for us to assess - it was great. No need for new one - so thankful, especially during this very odd time. Fabulous service.

I had been struggling with my inadmissibility to the USA. My wife is American and I had been deported on top of my criminal record. I could not visit any of my American family, or land in the USA on my way to world travel. Three other lawyers had told me that I could not get a waiver but Jerry and his team took mine on after I was referred to them by a friend. Very impressed with Mother Computers. They have a full range of brand name PCs and, if you don’t see what you need, they will build you a custom PC on site. They also have a team on site to provide servicing, either same day or next day. We decided on an Acer All-in-One as it was cheaper than buying the individual components. Their price was $100 higher than another store and when I mentioned this, they immediately matched the lower price.

I have to say, when I find I have Sunny as my checkout clerk I smile. He's a great guy with a (sunny) disposition. His line is always the longest and he get's his job done expertly and in good time. Shopping is not my favorite thing to do so it's nice to deal with a pleasant staff member.

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

I always get first class customer service at the location. The sales department staff are willing to help and their printing service is excellent for a small business owner like me. I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.

I use this store on a regular bases. The people in the Pharmacy are amazing. If it wasn't for Trevor the pharmacist, my husband would be taking the wrong tablets prescribed by the hospital. The rest of Shoppers staff are always ready to help you and are friendly. I also love their prices.

Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store.
